# Show live audience questions on a TriCaster

URL: https://www.asktide.com/guides/tricaster

AskTide's outputs are web pages with a transparent background. On a TriCaster you bring them in through a web browser source and key them over your program, like any other graphic.

## Step by step

1. **Create a session.** Log in to AskTide, create a session and open its manage view.
2. **Copy the output link.** Click Share and copy the Display view link (https://www.asktide.com/display/SESSION-ID). Use /flow/SESSION-ID for a question wall.
3. **Add the web page as a source.** Add the link as a web browser source at 1920×1080. On models without a built-in browser source, open the link in a browser on a computer on the same network and send it to the TriCaster over NDI.
4. **Key it over the program.** Put the source on a DSK or overlay layer. The page background is transparent, so only the graphic is shown.
5. **Put questions on air.** Mark a question On Air in the manage view. The TriCaster source updates live.

## Tips for TriCaster

- Use the flow grid's transparent background option when you key the question wall over video.
- The flow grid is built to be light on the system: it renders each question once and scrolls smoothly, so it can run for a whole event.
